Returns & Exchange
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm in writing whether you wish to go ahead with the change. The details of such change would then form part of the contract between you and us.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We do not accept returns on any cut fabric as these are bespoke orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns on cut or washed fabric. Please check your fabric carefully for faults before proceeding with cutting and sewing.
If you do find a fault with your fabric before cutting or you have received damaged or faulty goods, please notify us by phone or email within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Where possible we will try and replace your cloth, if this is not possible we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. You will be refunded by the original method of payment, either by paypal or debit/credit card. We do not offer credit notes.
We will reimburse any delivery costs you incur returning the item to us. Please retain proof of postage. Please try and include your original packing slip with your return. We will need your full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order number to process your return.

Once we have received your return parcel in the post we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by us. If you have requested a refund for your order we will send you the refund the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by Paypal, your refund will be sent back via Paypal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.
